Choose the destination and variants, then add supplier prices, charges, and either a frozen ECB rate or home-currency totals.

Use Shopify's native purchase-order or transfer workflow. Manual adjustments are intentionally ignored and never change cost.

Confirm the exact Cost per item written, inspect any receipt exceptions, and export the hardened reconciliation CSV.
